N’s Kindergarten class spent many weeks preparing for their graduation ceremony. It’s a big deal. They learned songs in Arabic and English. They had outfit changes (a matching H&M dress I had to buy for her and a graduation gown later). They had speaking parts. There were props and a background. Pretty fun and kinda exhausting. She was the only foreign child there and she didn’t care one smidgen.
Here they are doing the song about what they want to be when they grow up. I think they got put into groups. For sure some of them against their own will. N was in the chef group, which she was happy about. She loves to cook.
A three part solo. (??)
And here come the gowns and the marching around in a circle.
Receiving her certificate.
Paparazzi. (guilty)
Some classmates…
Her favorite teachers. They were very sweet! Miss Dalia and Mrs. Marta.
