It's too many lawsuits, isn't it?
Each time an establishment is sued for a burn from their hot beverage, do they take the temperature down five degrees or something?
Cause this coffee from Tim Hortons was just warm. Like, luke-warm.
I blame that lady who sued McDonalds years ago when she spilled her coffee on herself and got burned. She won. And then McDonalds paid her millions of dollars.
And now I have to drink luke-warm coffee.
Boo.
